Three sets of nipples have landed Tyga in legal hot water. According to TMZ, three women are suing the Young Money rapper because their nipples were exposed in his “Make It Nasty” video without their permission.
Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, and Elizabeth Velasquez all claim that the casting advertisement for the video emphasized that “there [would] be no nudity involved in the video and all the girls [would] be tastefully shot.”
The women also claim that during the filming of the video they were asked to appear topless in some scenes but they were told their nipples would be covered or edited out. However, the video Tyga released via his Twitter account showed them baring all. The three women are suing for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, as well as fraud.
